Advisor
Hooshang has over 50 years of relevant experience in the space and telecommunication industry. He started working at IBM in the 1960s in the Advanced System Development and Research Department, where he was integral in the development of a myriad of IBM patents and systems related to automation, memory, and printers. Hooshang’s experience in the technology and satellite industry has paved the way for his most recent contributions to the global space industry, with the invention of the LEO-to-GEO architecture, providing for a unique global data communications and data storage securely in space and away from the insecurity of the ground transmission.
Cliff is an accomplished executive with expertise in managing equity-backed companies, particularly within aerospace, cyber-security, defense intelligence, and cloud infrastructure. Cliff earned an MBA from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a BA from the George Washington University.

Khalid Balkheyour is a seasoned executive with over four decades of leadership in telecommunications, satellite communications (CEO of Arabsat and Board members of other Satellite Companies), and international business development. His career spans both public and private sectors, with a strong emphasis on strategic planning, international relations, and regional expansion. He was named Best Executive Director in satellite communications companies at the Global Satellite Conference in Washington, 2013. His contribution, as an Advisor, to SpacebeltKSA has been too valuable in customizing our products and services to meet the specific demands of customers in MENA region.
